IN THE STUDIO

My home studio is where i capture images of food, beverages, products and editorials. Food photography is about capturing an image that portrays a desirable, mouth-watering, appealing and appetizing final dish or product. It is about showing your product in its best light, highlighting its key selling points as well as making it look delicious. You want your customers to see what you mean when you say that something looks or tastes good.

I work with many clients to produce images for all of the above needs, from recipe books to cook books, and from branding imagery to e-Commerce product shots.

The food or beverage photographer needs to have a good knowledge of, and experience in food styling - which is the art of arranging and composing food in a way that makes it visually appealing and appetizing. Food photographers also need an understanding of how to light food and beverage products so that they are accurately and attractively reproduced on film or on digital media.
